💡 In Italy, always use 'Lei' when speaking formally to your boss or employer, unless they tell you to use 'tu'.
💡 For illness (malattia), you must call your boss before the shift starts and send the medical certificate (certificato medico) quickly.
💡 Workplace safety (sicurezza sul lavoro) is very important. Always wear your safety shoes and gear provided by the company.
